• From the 'Download Center' page, click Download under Zoom Client for Meetings. • In the 'Save As' dialog box, save the installer file, ZoomInstaller.exe, to your Windows Desktop. • From Windows Explorer, or from your Desktop, double-click on the installer file. • Click Run in the 'Open File' pop-up window. • The install process starts. • In the following window, click Join a Meeting. • In the next window, enter the Meeting ID (you can get this number from your invitation e-mail) and Your Name (you can either leave the default or enter another display name for the meeting).
( Note: In the example below, '123456789' is entered as the Meeting ID, and 'jhoya123' is entered as the name.) Click Join when you're done. • The following window might appear while you're waiting to join the meeting: • After a few moments, you'll be connected to the meeting. • Click Join Audio.
